Shipping Policy
1. General Information All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Locations We ship to addresses within Australia and select international locations.

PO Boxes: We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post.

Remote Areas: Please note that deliveries to regional areas may take longer than standard metro delivery times.
3. Processing Time We aim to process all orders within [1-2] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Cut-off time: Orders placed before [e.g. 12:00 PM AEST] are typically processed the same day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Australia) Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use Australian Post for most domestic deliveries.

Standard Shipping: 2–14 business days (Metro areas are usually faster).

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (Next business day to major metro areas within the Express Post network).
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
5. Local Pickup You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store.

When: Orders are usually ready within [24 hours]. We will send you an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect.
6. Authority to Leave (ATL) To ensure your package arrives safely, our carriers may require a signature on delivery. If you are not home, the driver may leave a card instructing you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office or collection point. If you select "Authority to Leave" at checkout, you accept responsibility for the package once it is left at your premises. Compound Tech Pty Ltd is not responsible for theft or damage to parcels left with Authority to Leave.
7. Damages and Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging immediately and contact us at support@voxely.com.au. While we are not liable for errors made by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with them.
